5. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and fees are displayed at checkout and may be updated at any time. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws regarding the import and possession of research compounds.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Defective or incorrectly shipped items may be eligible for replacement at our discretion if reported within 48 hours of receipt.
8. Limitation of Liability
Casa Aminos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
