1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Casa Aminos are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any application outside of controlled scientific research. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and will use these compounds in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional guidelines.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Casa Aminos. We reserve the right to request age verification and to cancel any order that cannot be verified.
3. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Casa Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will assess for a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
6. Product Quality
All products are tested by Freedom Diagnostics for purity and quality. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request — please contact us to obtain them. Product specifications are guaranteed at the time of shipment; storage conditions after delivery are the buyer's responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
Casa Aminos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available on this page.
